A delegation from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), accompanied by a team from the Faculty of Engineering, visits KASIT

​As part of the visit dedicated to launching the Korean Academy project to rehabilitate Jordanian engineers and transfer modern technology to Jordanian industries, a delegation from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), accompanied by a team from the Faculty of Engineering, visited the King Abdullah II Faculty of Information Technology, where they were received by Professor Dr. Basil Mahafza, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Yousef Sinjlawi, Assistant Dean for Quality Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Al-Atoum, Head of the Department of Computer Science, Dr. Luay Al-Nimr, Director of the Computer Center, Dr. Abdul-Basit Al-Assaf, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Raed Al-Quraan, Assistant Dean for E-Learning and Partnerships, and Dr. Ali Al-Rawdan, representing the Department of Artificial Intelligence.

Dr. Yousef Sanjalawi gave a presentation about the college, covering its academic programs and scientific and research achievements. The visiting delegation also toured the specialized laboratories and viewed the available technical equipment.

​The visiting team expressed their interest in the advanced academic and research capabilities they witnessed, praising the quality of the programs offered and the infrastructure supporting the educational process. They also emphasized the importance of strengthening future cooperation between the two sides in the fields of education, training, and scientific research.
