Permainan berita kemanusiaan mengambil prinsip gamifikasi dan menerapkannya pada krisis dan tantangan kemanusiaan di dunia nyata. Permainan-permainan ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan pemain pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang masalah-masalah global, memungkinkan mereka untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih tepat dan mengambil tindakan untuk membantu mereka yang membutuhkan.
