The Dean of the King Abdullah II School of Information Technology, in an effort to empower and enhance the capabilities and functional skills of its students, has accredited the University of Jordan as an authorized academy with the EC-Council (the world's largest technical certification body in cybersecurity).

This academy will provide students, faculty, and graduates access to the latest resources in the field of cybersecurity, participation in global events and competitions, access to virtual labs, discounts for international exams, eligibility for self-study certifications, and many other benefits.

The Dean extends gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency the President of the University of Jordan for his continuous support towards the college's journey. The college aligns its strategic plan with the university's vision to connect students with the job market and develop their scientific, practical, and technical skills in all areas of information technology.

This partnership will continue until 2027.
