At the successful completion of the M.Sc. program in Information Systems, the student should be able to:
- Build broad knowledge and understanding of Information Systems and new trends in the field.
- Examine and evaluate real-world situations and suggest IT solutions that leads to better management decisions.
- Develop critical thinking and analytical skills to apply information systems theories in order to develop effective models and solutions for problems in different areas that require IT solutions.
- Integrate possible information technology tools that have strategic value for the organization, and manage its implementation.
- Recognize the need for ethical standards implementation in the field of information systems development and apply it.
- Demonstrate professional communication skills needed to evaluate and develop IT solutions, both orally and in writing.
- Acquire advanced skills needed to conduct research-based tasks and conduct original research (for Thesis Track) in different information systems topics.
- Develop team-working and time management skills necessary to organize and conduct research projects.
- Produce a high-quality thesis and publish scientific papers in peer-reviewed reputable scientific journals.
