Wireless & Mobile Security
Course Description :
This course covers wireless and mobile security. This includes Mobile networks (4G & beyond) security. Also, wireless networks whether infrastructure-based such as WLAN (IEEE802.11), WiMax (IEEE802.16) or infrastructure less networks such as Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANET) are considered. Moreover, security protocols of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) and Internet of Things (IoTs) are investigated. Students are expected to gain practical experience and skills through the use of several security tools/simulators.
