This course aims to introduce students to the concepts of Project Management for Information Systems. It provides students with the required skills to identify and select projects, planning, performing and controlling the project. It gives students an understanding of the different possibilities in developing the schedule, resource utilization, determining costs, managing risk and closing a project.
