Course Description :
This course considers the ethical issues that arise as a result of increasing use of computers, and the responsibilities of those who work with computers, The course materials includes technical issues in using computer science and focus on a particular area such as software design as well as more traditional topics such as philosophical theories (e.g. utilitarianism, deontological theories, and rights), privacy, intellectual property rights , freedom of speech and liability hacking, viruses, computer crime, and employee surveillance
