A team consisting of students from King Abdullah II School of Information Technology at the University of Jordan achieved third place in the NASA Space Apps Challenge 2025, held on October 3-4, 2025.
The team included:
• Hashem Shatat from the Department of Computer Science
• Majd Anas from the Department of Computer Science
• Sara Kherfan from the Department of Computer Information Systems
• Rama Al-Sawalmeh from the Department of Artificial Intelligence
It is worth mentioning that the competition included 42 teams from various Jordanian universities, competing to provide innovative solutions using space technologies and data science to serve the Earth and society.
