Graduation ceremony of the 26th batch of KASIT students

​King Abdullah II School of Information Technology Celebrates Graduation of 536 Students and Strengthens Its Leadership in the Tech Sector.

Dean of the School Prof. Basel Ali Mahafzah expressed his pride in this accomplished group of graduates, affirming the School's continued leadership in producing highly qualified professionals who are well prepared to meet the evolving demands of the local and global information technology markets. He highlighted that the School was established in 2000 under the vision and directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II with the goal of supporting and advancing the IT sector in Jordan and the region.

Since its founding, the School has remained committed to enhancing its academic programs and technological infrastructure, keeping pace with global developments in the field. Today, it ranks among the top 100 schools worldwide in information technology according to the QS World University Rankings.

The School comprises four academic departments: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, and Artificial Intelligence. It offers eleven academic programs, including six bachelor's programs, three of which are ABET accredited, covering areas such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence.

At the graduate level, the School offers five advanced programs: Master's in Computer Science, Master's in Information Systems, Master's in Network Intelligence, Master's in E-Government, and a PhD in Computer Science.

The ceremony concluded with the awarding of certificates in an atmosphere filled with pride and celebration, attended by faculty members and graduate's families. The students leave the halls of academia equipped with knowledge, skills, and ambition, ready to embark on a future in technology that holds both great promise and challenge.
